JSH-T06PT Series 6-Channel PT100/PT1000 Ethernet RTD Module
Product No.: JSH-T06PT
The JSH-T06PT series is a 6-channel RTD temperature acquisition module for industrial equipment, process monitoring and temperature test systems. It includes the JSH-T06PT100 for PT100 sensors and the JSH-T06PT1000 for PT1000 sensors. The PT100 version also allows individual channels to be configured for Cu50 or Cu100 sensors.
A 32-bit ADC and 32-bit ARM processor convert RTD signals into temperature readings available in Celsius and Fahrenheit. Selectable update intervals of 0.34, 0.5, 0.8 and 1.5 seconds allow users to balance response time and measurement accuracy.
Both models include Ethernet and RS485 interfaces, which can be used simultaneously. Modbus TCP/RTU communication supports integration into compatible PLC, HMI, SCADA and PC-based monitoring systems.
The acquisition, power supply and communication circuits are isolated from one another. Two-wire and three-wire sensor connections, a 9–30V DC supply, and DIN rail or screw mounting support installation in industrial control cabinets.

1.PLC and SCADA Temperature Monitoring
Connect six PT100 or PT1000 sensors to compatible automation systems through Ethernet Modbus TCP or RS485 Modbus RTU. Provide temperature readings for display, trending and host-configured alarms.
2.Tanks and Pipeline Monitoring
Collect readings from compatible RTD probes installed in tanks, pipelines and process equipment. Choose the hardware version that matches the installed sensors.
3.Heating and Cooling Equipment
Monitor multiple temperature points in heating assemblies, cooling equipment and thermal systems. Select the update interval according to the process response requirements.
4.Production Testing and Thermal Test Benches
Read multiple RTD sensors during product testing and production inspection. Transfer measurements to compatible host software for test records and result evaluation.
FAQ
1. What is the difference between the PT100 and PT1000 models?
The JSH-T06PT100-34N1 is designed for PT100 sensors, while the JSH-T06PT1000-34N1 is designed for PT1000 sensors. These are different hardware versions. Select the version that matches your sensors before ordering.
2. Can I mix different RTD types on one module?
On the PT100 version, each channel can be configured for PT100, Cu50 or Cu100 sensors. The PT1000 version supports PT1000 sensors. PT100 and PT1000 sensors cannot be mixed on the same module.
3. Do both models support two-wire and three-wire sensors?
Yes. Both versions support two-wire and three-wire connections. Three-wire wiring helps compensate for lead resistance when the leads are suitably matched. For two-wire connections, link the corresponding CM and R− terminals according to the wiring diagram.
4. Can Ethernet and RS485 operate simultaneously?
Yes. Both models include Ethernet and RS485 interfaces that can be used simultaneously. The default protocols are Modbus TCP for Ethernet and Modbus RTU for RS485. Confirm your host systems and protocol requirements when ordering.
5. What accuracy and update speed are available?
The specified module error is below ±0.1°C at update intervals of 0.8 or 1.5 seconds, and below ±0.2°C at 0.34 or 0.5 seconds. Sensor and installation errors must also be considered when assessing overall system accuracy.
6. What information should I send for a quotation?
Please provide your sensor type—PT100 or PT1000—channel quantity, temperature range, wiring method, cable length, required accuracy, update interval and order quantity. Include your PLC or monitoring software details if integration support is required.
