Product Description
The ZH-44062A 6-Channel Current Data Acquisition Module is designed for high-precision multi-channel current measurement and industrial monitoring applications.
The module can simultaneously measure 6 independent current channels with full electrical isolation between channels. The ZH-44062A series provides DC current measurement models, while the ZH-41062A series supports AC/DC universal current measurement with true RMS measurement.
Equipped with a high-precision AD converter and closed-loop Hall-effect current sensors, the module provides high measurement accuracy, fast dynamic response and a wide frequency response of 0–1000 Hz.
The module supports RS485 and Ethernet communication and standard Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP protocols, allowing easy integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, industrial PCs, energy management systems and automated test equipment.
With multiple current ranges, flexible power supply options, seven selectable data update intervals and strong electrical isolation, the ZH-44062A series is suitable for battery monitoring, solar PV systems, energy storage, data centers, industrial automation and power monitoring.

1.6-Channel Simultaneous Current Measurement
The ZH-44062A can simultaneously acquire six independent current signals, making it suitable for multi-circuit current monitoring, automated testing and industrial data acquisition.
2.DC and AC/DC Current Measurement
The series provides both DC current and AC/DC universal current measurement options.
The AC/DC models support true RMS measurement and a frequency response of 0–1000 Hz, making them suitable for variable-frequency and dynamic current signals.
3.Full Electrical Isolation
The module uses a full-isolation design for the power supply, communication interface and current measurement circuits.
The isolation withstand voltage is greater than 2500 VDC, helping improve system safety, reliability and resistance to electrical interference.
4.High-Precision Closed-Loop Hall Sensor
The module uses a high-precision closed-loop Hall-effect current sensor featuring:

An error compensation coefficient can also be configured for measurement correction.
