JSH-40064H 6-Channel AC Power and Energy Monitoring Module
Product Description
The JSH-40064H provides multi-circuit AC power measurement for equipment monitoring, control panels and electrical test systems.
Its six power channels are divided into two groups. Channels 1–3 use voltage input V1, while channels 4–6 use voltage input V2. This arrangement reduces voltage wiring when several loads share the same voltage reference.
True RMS measurement, two frequency readings and harmonic analysis provide detailed electrical data. RS485 Modbus RTU and optional Ethernet Modbus TCP allow integration with PLC, SCADA and supervisory monitoring systems.

Applications
1.Single-Phase Branch Load Monitoring
Measure individual load currents, power and accumulated energy where each group of three circuits shares the appropriate voltage reference.
2.Industrial Equipment Monitoring
Bring electrical measurements from multiple loads into a PLC or supervisory system for operating-status assessment and energy analysis.
3.Control Panel Integration
Use Modbus communication to display circuit measurements and implement alarm logic in the connected control system.
4.Load Test Systems
Monitor power, power factor and harmonic data during AC load testing, using compatible voltage references and current transformers.
Why Choose Shenzhen JSH Electronic?
- Multiple loads in one module: Monitor six single-phase circuits through one device.
- Reduced voltage wiring: Shared voltage inputs suit grouped loads with a common voltage reference.
- Flexible integration: Choose RS485 or Ethernet plus RS485.
- Input range options: Match the module and external CTs to your measurement requirements.
FAQ
1. Does the JSH-40064H have six voltage inputs?
No. It has two voltage inputs and six current inputs. Each voltage input serves three power measurement channels.
2. Can all six channels use the same voltage source?
Yes. V1 and V2 can both connect to the same voltage source when it is the correct reference for all six loads.
3. Can it monitor six loads on different phases?
Only when the required voltage references match the two available groups. Each group of three power channels shares one voltage reference, so it does not provide an independent voltage reference for every load.
4. Can it measure current above 5 A?
Yes, with suitable external current transformers. The CT secondary output must match the module’s ordered current input range.
5. Does it measure energy and harmonics?
Yes. It provides accumulated energy and harmonic data. Harmonic measurement is disabled by default and updates approximately every two seconds when enabled.
6. Does current direction matter when measuring power?
Yes. Follow the wiring diagram for voltage connections and current direction to maintain the correct phase relationship for power measurement.
