The ZH-T08PT Series is a professional industrial temperature acquisition module designed for high-accuracy RTD temperature measurement. Built with a 32-bit ARM industrial microcontroller and a high-resolution 32-bit ADC, the module delivers outstanding measurement accuracy, excellent stability, and superior anti-interference performance.
Available in PT100 and PT1000 versions, the module also supports Cu50 and Cu100 sensors on the PT100 model, allowing flexible sensor selection for each individual channel.
Supporting both Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP protocols, the module integrates seamlessly with PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI panels, industrial PCs, and IoT gateways. With complete electrical isolation between measurement inputs, communication, and power supply, it is ideal for demanding industrial environments requiring reliable multi-point temperature monitoring.

1.Can this module support both PT100 and PT1000 sensors?
Yes. Different models are available for PT100 and PT1000 sensors. The PT100 version also supports Cu50 and Cu100 RTDs.
2.Does it support Modbus TCP?
Yes. Ethernet models support Modbus TCP while RS485 models support Modbus RTU.
3.Can I connect it to Siemens or Schneider PLCs?
Yes. The module uses standard Modbus protocol and is compatible with Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, ABB and other PLC brands.
4.Can each channel use a different RTD type?
Yes. On the PT100 version, each channel can be independently configured for PT100, Cu50 or Cu100 sensors.
5.Is electrical isolation provided?
Yes. Measurement inputs, communication interface and power supply are fully isolated for improved reliability in industrial environments.
