High-Precision 1/100,000 Resolution Detection Module Series
To meet high-accuracy measurement requirements and adapt to various application scenarios, our company has launched a series of high-precision DC data acquisition modules. These modules offer a resolution of 1/100,000 of the full scale (e.g., 1.00001A), and can measure signals as small as 1/100,000 of the range. They feature high reliability and strong anti-interference capability, making them suitable for complex, noisy environments such as battery charge/discharge monitoring in the energy storage industry.
Currently available series products:
2‑channel fully isolated high‑precision DC data logger,
4‑channel fully isolated high‑precision DC data logger,
12‑channel fully isolated high‑precision DC data logger.
Technical specifications:
· High speed – Independent AD synchronous sampling; completes data acquisition of all electrical parameters for 2 channels in as fast as 20 ms.
· High accuracy – 24‑bit AD sampling; linearity accuracy better than 1/10,000; minimum measurable value down to 1/100,000 of the full scale.
· Adjustable acquisition speed – Eight selectable speeds: 20 ms, 40 ms, 60 ms, 80 ms, 100 ms, 200 ms, 300 ms, 400 ms; within the set time, the module updates DC voltage/current measurements.
· Bipolar measurement capability – Supports both positive and negative polarities; provides raw 24‑bit AD sampled values and floating‑point data output.
· High reliability – Channels are isolated from each other; power, communication, and input terminals are fully isolated; withstand voltage >4000 VDC.
· Address & baud rate setting – Two methods available: hardware DIP switches or software configuration.
· Communication – RS485 or Ethernet; Modbus‑RTU or Modbus‑TCP protocol selectable.
· Wide power supply – +9 V to +55 V DC.
· Accuracy class – Better than 0.1%; resolution = 1/100,000 of full scale.
· Linearity accuracy – 1/10,000.
· Current ranges (customizable) – 10 mA, 20 mA, 100 mA, 1 A, 2 A, 5 A, 10 A DC, etc. (μA‑level current measurable)
· Voltage ranges (customizable) – 75 mV, 10 V, 30 V, 60 V, 100 V, 300 V, 500 V, 1000 V, 1500 V DC, etc.
· Input impedance – Voltage channel: 7 MΩ (for ranges ≥29 V); >2 MΩ (for 10 V–29 V ranges). Current channel: sampling voltage ≤0.15 V.
· Overload capability – Continuous measurement at 1.5× rated range. For voltage ranges below 100 V: withstand 300 V without damage; for ranges ≥100 V: withstand 1000 V without damage. Overload current capability for standard current ranges (custom overload ratings available upon order):
· Operating temperature – –40 °C to +70 °C.
· Data update time – Selectable: 20 ms, 40 ms, 60 ms, 80 ms, 100 ms (default), 200 ms, 300 ms, 400 ms.
· Isolation withstand voltage – >4000 VDC; power input isolated, RS485 isolated, input signal channels isolated.
· Auxiliary power – +9 V to +55 V DC.
· Surge voltage immunity – Withstands surge voltage >2 kV.
· Rated power consumption – <1 W (typically 28 mA at 24 V DC); for Ethernet version <2 W (typically 60 mA at 24 V DC).
· Output interface – RS485 (Modbus‑RTU) or Ethernet port (Modbus‑TCP).
· Data output – DC average value, bipolar average value, maximum value, raw AD sampled value.
· Communication baud rate – 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 bps (configurable via software or hardware).
