24-Bit High-Resolution ADC
The ZH-4404#D is a high-precision 4-channel DC data acquisition module designed for industrial measurement and monitoring applications.
Each channel uses an independent 24-bit industrial-grade ADC, providing high-resolution measurement with a minimum measurable value down to 1/100,000 of the rated range. High-speed isolation components provide electrical isolation between channels, while a 32-bit ARM MCU provides reliable processing and strong anti-interference performance.
The module supports RS485 or Ethernet communication and can use Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP, making it easy to integrate with PLCs, industrial computers, monitoring systems and other control platforms.
It can be configured for DC voltage, DC current, or combined voltage/current measurement according to application requirements.

1.4-Channel Synchronized Acquisition
Four channels use independent ADC acquisition and can perform synchronized measurement of electrical signals. The fastest data update time is 20 ms.
2.24-Bit High-Resolution ADC
Independent 24-bit ADCs provide high measurement resolution. The linearity accuracy is better than 0.01%, with measurement resolution down to 1/100,000 of the range.
3.Full Electrical Isolation
The four measurement channels are isolated from each other, while the power supply, communication interface and input signals are also isolated. Isolation withstand voltage is greater than 2500 VDC.
4.Fast and Adjustable Data Update
Eight update intervals are available:20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 ms
The default setting is 100 ms.
5.RS485 or Ethernet Communication
Choose the communication interface according to your system:
RS485 + Modbus RTU
Ethernet + Modbus TCP
The communication baud rate can be configured from 4800 to 115200 bps.
6.Bipolar Measurement
Supports positive and negative polarity measurement and provides raw 24-bit ADC data as well as floating-point data output.
